Consumers can unpack the products to the extent necessary to check if the product is the one, he/she wanted and to find out if it is defective or not. Defective products or products that do not match the appearance advertised can be returned up to 14 days from the date of the invoice. Shipping cost will be on us. For the return of the items you must contact us to arrange the pick up.*If for any reason you do not contact us to arrange the pick up and use another courier company, the shipping cost will be charged to the customer and if they are sent at our expense, the package will not be accepted and will be returned to you by the courier.
We do not accept refunds on specific products: mattress protectors, sleep pillows and sleep pillows protectors.
