1. What is the order process?

1. Select the products you are interested in.

2. Click on the “Add to Cart” button of the product you are interested in and it will be placed in the shopping cart.

3. Fill in your details and click "Next". If you are already a user click "Log In", fill in the rest of the information then click "Next"

4. Choose a form of payment:

a. By credit or debit card - fill in your card details (Symmetry Living follows all security protocols necessary - your credit card details remain completely confidentioal and are not provided to any third parties)
b. Cash on delivery - *additional fee - 13AED 
c. Paypal: sales@symmetry-living.com

5. Click complete order

Another option is by emailing us your order at sales@symmetry-living.com at any time during the day or WhatsApp us at +971 567 341 635 

2. What if I receive a defective or wrong product?
In the event of a defective product and once the product is received, we immediately replace it without any additional cost give to the customer as soon as we are notified by phone (+971 4 241 4597), WhatsApp or via email at sales@symmetry-living.com

3. Can I cancel / change my order?

Cancellation of the order must be made in less than 8 hours from the time of the order. You can cancel the order by phone, WhatsApp (+971 567 341 635) or via mail at sales@symmetry-living.com with the email name "Cancel Order (order number).

If the order is in the transportation phase the customer will be charged for the transportation cost.

4. Can I place an order via Facebook?

No orders can be made through Facebook. You will need to visit the website.

5. I forgot my password. What am I doing;

In account page, click on the link "Forgot your Password?". Then follow the instructions sent to your email.
